Izwe Savings and Loans Plc recognized six loyal customers, 13 staff and 10 independent sales agents who have been with the company since its inception 10 years ago in a virtual cake cutting ceremony as part of the celebrations of its 10th anniversary.
The cake cutting ceremony took place virtually in the presence of management, customers and a handful of staff. The company’s 12 branches across Ghana have joined via video links with their own branded cakes to mark the special anniversary.
Management presented vouchers to longtime staff for their dedication to the institution while loyal customers each received a 42-inch television to thank them for their loyalty over the years.
Speaking to staff, Izwe Savings and Loans General Manager Raymond Kwakye Bismarck urged for increased commitment to customer needs.
“It is very important to note that the customers we have on board are customers who have the same focus and the same vision that we have for them. As an entity, we want to be a major player in this market, helping small and medium-sized businesses to set up and develop their businesses, ”he said.
Mr Bismarck said Izwe Savings and Loans will continue to work to improve the customer experience, adding that its dedicated staff will be at the center of this dynamic.
“We assure customers and employees that this business will continue to be run in a very sustainable manner to ensure staff job security and better services for our customers,” he said.
The cake cutting ceremony comes after customers were greeted at a special appreciation dinner for the company’s key customers in early August.
