BARRON AND CLAIRE EAU COUNTIES, Wisconsin (WEAU) – Three dogs hope to find a new home together. Toki, Channel, and Achilles arrived in a transport to Barron County after being returned by their owner in Texas.
Toki is a nine-year-old male husky, Channel is a nine-year-old female husky, and Achille is a nine-year-old male German Shepherd.
Achille wants nothing more than to follow you everywhere. Toki loves hugs and talking to you. Channel loves attention, but is happy to just be in the background to relax. A home with older children is best as they prefer a quieter, more relaxed setting.
The staff at Little Red Barn Dog Rescue realize that it’s a big ask for someone to adopt three dogs at once, but these dogs keep their paws crossed, someone will have a big enough heart and a house big enough to accommodate them all. If you need more laughter in your life, Ruby is happy to help. She is affectionately referred to as an energy goofball by staff members of the Eau Claire County Humane Association.
This four-year-old seems to get along with everyone she meets after she’s had some time to warm up. Ruby prefers people to other dogs, and ECCHA employees think she would rather be the only dog in a house. Once she chooses her people, Ruby can be a bit protective.
Ruby has spent time in two different shelters and we hope her next step will be in a loving home. Click HERE for Ruby’s adoption application. You can contact ECCHA at 715-839-4747 or by email.
